CHANGE OF ADDRESS AND TRANSFER

Parents must contact our school district Registrar, Michele Vitiello (908 204-2585 x105) at the Board Office, of any change of address.

When transferring to a new school, please complete a "Release of Student Records" form and the WAMS Student Checkout form.  Parents may also contact the Counseling office to obtain the necessary forms.

Transcript and Letter of Recommendation Request Directions

A student is expected to complete the following steps when asking for a letter of recommendation or requesting a transcript. Click here for directions.  A parent must complete an “Authorization to Release Records” form and submit it to the Counseling Secretary. The student may obtain this form in the counseling office or online:

Print a copy of the release form.

Student Questionnaire for Private School

Current eighth grade students who do not plan to attend Ridge High School next year should fill out a WAMS Student Checkout Form. This form should be returned to the Annin Counseling office as soon as possible.
