Ridge Girls Lead Eyeglass Drive! Please donate your old prescription eyeglasses
beginning this Monday, Dec. 9th through Friday, January 17th. Thank you in
advance for your donations for those who cannot afford to buy their own
eyeglasses. The drop off box is located by the welcome Desk.
Announcement from Ridge Drama Club: All cast
members of "Telling Wilde Tales" and "The Robber
Bridegroom" are encouraged to attend an important meeting today, Monday
afternoon, the 9th from 2:45-3:30 in the PAC. New members and stage crew
are always welcome to join!
Guards will be holding a meeting tomorrow, Tuesday Dec. 10th at 7:10 in Rm. 526 and
will also on Tuesday will start taking pre-orders during lunch periods for
their Holiday Bake Sale annual gift boxes of homemade baked goods. Pre-orders
will be taken next Tuesday through Friday during lunches and pick up will be
the week of Dec. 16th just in time for the holidays. Thank you in
advance for supporting Crossing Guards

in sharing recipes and baking for organizations and charities? If
so, come to an informational meeting for the Baking Club tomorrow, Tuesday, Dec.
10th at 7:10AM in Rm. 526. All are welcome to come and get information on
upcoming events you can participate in!
Attention Juniors: Applications for the Governor’s
School of Engineering and Technology at Rutgers University and the Governor’s
School in the Sciences at Drew University, for the summer of 2014, are now available on the NJ Department of Education website at www.nj.gov/govschool. Applications
are due no later than next Tuesday, December 10, 2013. For more information and

The Ridge Booster Club will be holding its Holiday Apparel Sale this week,
December 10th, 11th & 12th during lunch periods outside the cafeteria. Can't
make it to the sale! No worries! The Booster Club now has an online
store where you can view and purchase all of our sportswear! Check

The Counseling Department will host "Introduction
to Standardized Testing Night" for parents and students tomorrow, Tuesday,
December 10 at 7pm in the Ridge PAC. This program will review the basics
of the SAT, ACT, SAT Subject Tests and more. The program is open to all,
but is geared toward families of sophomores and juniors.
The Annual Canned Food Drive, sponsored by the Class of 2016, runs now
through Wednesday, December 11th. Remember to bring in canned foods to the
designated box in your first period classroom. The keen competition
between1st Period classes will result in a bagel party for the class that
brings in the most canned foods.

The Lost & Found clothing rack is located by the Welcome Desk off the main lobby, and the Lost & Found for texts, notebooks, and small items is in the Main Office.
The Student Job Opportunity board, for both paid and volunteer positions, is located to the right of the Welcome Desk in the main lobby. Several new job flyers have been recently posted.
Show your school spirit! Large green magnetic R’s are available for sale for $5.00 in the Main Office.
