Welcome to the Oak Street School Library! Our library has over 20,000 books, magazines, audio books, reference books, videos, and book tapes for our patrons to use and enjoy. The school library is open to students and teachers all day. Students may visit the library to return books, check out books, browse, read, research, use the computers, or to work on a class project. They may come individually, in small groups, or with their whole class. I love when our library is humming with activity! My wonderful library assistant, Mrs. Melillo, works in our library for three hours a day. Many dedicated parent volunteers assist with the book checkouts and shelving each week.
