Oak Street School Mission Statement
At Oak Street School we believe that each child is an individual who learns through a dynamic process. Learning will take place in an enriching, safe and fun environment that will promote individual success while also developing responsible learners and contributing members of a democratic society. Furthermore, we expect our students to use their academic and social skills to meet the challenges and opportunities they will experience living and working in a rapidly changing and diverse society.

New family orientation for new students grades 1-5 will be held on August 21, 2014 at 11:00.
You and your child will have the opportunity to meet your child's teacher on September 3 at 2:00.
If you have not already done so, please sign up for Friday Folders as soon as possible:
Home Access Center logins and passwords will be e-mailed to parents of kindergartners in late August. If you have an older child already in district, you will not receive a new login and password since your current HAC account will include your kindergarten student.
Bus passes will be mailed directly from Somerset County Transportation in late August. If you meet the courtesy busing guidelines and do not receive a pass, please contact Transportation directly at BaskingRidge@sc.esc.k12.nj.us
or call (908) 541-9574. Do not call the school or District Registrar about busing issues.
