Peace Weave
Liberty Corner School students created a weaving called a Peace Weave, by tying and weaving donated recycled ribbons. This weave is a symbol of Liberty Corner School's unity as well as our connection to the larger world community. Two weaves were created; one is displayed here and the original is part of "The World Peace Day" exhibit sponsored by the Art from Recycled Materials Organization. The exhibit, originally housed in the City Museum of St. Louis, Missouri, is now part of a traveling exhibit displayed in Peace Museums affiliated with the United Nations around the world.
