The 2010 AP Exams will be administered from May 3rd through the 14th.  All exams will be administered at Ridge High School. For a list of Room Assignments see above.  For a morning exam, you must report to the specified testing room by 7:30 am. For an afternoon exam you must report by 11:30 am. 


Attendance Policy:  Students are expected to attend classes when not taking an AP test. If you are absent from class during the morning or afternoon surrounding your AP test, these absences are chargeable and the attendance office must be notified prior to your absence. If you are absent in the morning of an afternoon exam, be sure to allow ample time to sign in with attendance before the 11:30 reporting time to the testing room. If you arrive late, you will not be permitted to take the exam.


Lunch policy:

AM exam only – may take lunch after exam;

PM exam only – may take lunch 4th period;

AM and PM exam – 10 minute break between exams


What to Bring:  Students are to bring their own calculators and at least two sharpened #2 pencils. A sharpener will be provided at the test site. Refer to the AP Bulletin for a complete list of necessary items on exam day. 

There are no cell phones, food or drink allowed during testing.  A student found with a cell phone will be prohibited from continuing to test and the test will be voided.  Refer to the AP Bulletin for a complete list of prohibited items in the exam room. 


Cancellation policy: 
All cancellations will be processed through the Guidance Office during lunch periods. Cancellation forms are available in the Guidance Office. This includes any student who is absent at the time of the exam. There will be no exceptions to this policy.


Exam Dates:
  Testing and exam dates are not flexible. These are set by The Educational Testing Service. Make-up exams will only be allowed for approved reasons by the College Board.
